Tuna Tartare Recipe from Chef Madeline Medon of Farmers & Fishermen:
1# Fresh Tuna Bits cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1.5 tablespoons shoyu or soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
1.5 tablespoons sesame oilÂ
3 teaspoons sesame seeds,toasted
1 large green onion finely sliced
In a small bowl whisk together ginger, shoyu, lime juice and sesame oil.
Pour sauce over tuna and gently mix until incorporated. Place small amount into each phyllo cup and top with chives and sesame seeds. Serve with Yuzu Mayo, sold separately by Farmers & Fishermen
