Recipe for Jumbo Lump Crab Meat Tacos
Jumbo Lump crab meatÂ
Cherry tomato medley
Taco shells
Avocado
Lettuce
Ground black pepper
Himalayan pink salt
Fresh lemon
Olive oil
Begin by preparing all fillings - cut cherry tomatoes and avocado, set aside lettuce and crab meat. Put taco shells (or tortillas) on a baking pan and warm in oven or air fryer, about 3 minutes. Arrange on a platter and fill with bed of lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, Jumbo Lump crab meat and top with freshly squeezed lemon, olive oil, Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper.Â
Quantities will change depending on the amount of tacos you would like to make. Add cheese, your favorite sauce or any other toppings you think would go well with this combination. You can also serve these tacos family-style by placing all fillings in bowls and letting everyone make their own.Â
